He took the tome needed to ensure a good result and at no time thought that he was working to a clock. The amount quoted is what was charged and we paid by bank transfer. I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin. He came to repair and service my boiler which was 28 years old. However, fault with the flue (not safe) and indications PCB was faulty convinced me it was time for a new boiler. Kevin came up with a good price and, very importantly, was prepared to fit it the following day. Kevin arrived as promised the next day and worked throughout the day. A few unforseen issues delayed progress but he carried on despite a very late finish to ensure the boiler was up and running. He is a very polite and kind individual and his work is very professional and tidy. I have already asked him to undertake the replacement of 6 radiators in the near future.
